Posh Peanut Butter Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:
crust:
10 oz bag gingersnaps

4 tbsp real maple syrup

5 tbsp unsalted butter

Filling:
16 oz pure pumpkin puree

3/4 c light brown sugar firmly packed

1/2 c creamy peanut butter

4 large eggs

1 c Irish cream whiskey

2 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp each: nutmeg, ground cloves, ground allspice, ground grains of paradise, masala

2 tsp fresh ginger or ginger juice

2 tbsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt


Dulce de leche topping:

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tbsp whiskey

whipped cream:

1 qt heavy whipping cream

1/5 tsp vanilla

3 tbsp powdered sugar
